A VIN inspection may be required when you move to Utah and register an out-of-state vehicle, purchase a vehicle or trailer from outside Utah, or register certain motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, RVs, classic vehicles, homemade trailers, or vehicles with title or identification questions. We inspect the VIN and identifying information required for the applicable Utah registration paperwork.

Yes. As an authorized On The Spot Renewal station, we can process an eligible vehicle registration renewal during the same appointment as your emissions test. Your new registration decal can be applied before we leave, helping you avoid a separate DMV visit.
